Smart Payments enables practices to send digital payment requests and statements inside Innate using secure, integrated tools powered by Veloce. These features allow offices to collect payments efficiently while maintaining a consistent workflow between Innate and the Veloce platform.
To use Smart Payments inside Innate, the following are required.
● Veloce Communications, either Full Suite or Essentials
● A Veloce-supported merchant processor
*Compatible with Innate N8 V1 and V2
Once these requirements are met, Smart Payments becomes available within Innate and connects directly to Veloce for payment delivery, tracking, and reconciliation.
This walkthrough focuses on the Smart Payments features available to practices using Innate N8, compatible with both V1 and V2. In the video, we demonstrate how payment requests and statements are sent, how patient payments appear inside the Veloce application, and how those payments are reflected back into the EHR.
