Merchant FleX expands your practice’s capabilities far beyond the limited merchant processing option currently available in N8. With Veloce’s fully integrated payment solutions, you can access powerful billing and payment tools without ever leaving the EHR.

This add-on provides full access to Veloce’s smart, flexible, and cost-effective payment features designed to streamline billing, reduce administrative workload, and improve cash flow.

What Does Merchant FleX Include?

Merchant FleX gives Innate users access to the full Veloce Payment Suite, bringing modern, flexible payment options directly into your EHR. Since Innate does not include built-in payment tools, Merchant FleX acts as the bridge that enables all Veloce payment features to operate seamlessly inside the system.

With Merchant FleX enabled, your practice can take advantage of:

● Multiple Merchant Processing Options

Use Veloce Merchant Processing or BYOM (Bring Your Own Merchant) to choose the processor that best fits your needs. This flexibility often reduces processing fees and improves overall cost efficiency.

What Is Required to Use Merchant FleX? 

To use Merchant FleX and activate Veloce’s payment solutions inside Innate, your practice must meet the following requirements. Merchant FleX connects Innate to the Veloce Payment Gateway, enabling all payment functionality.

● An Active Innate EHR Subscription

Merchant FleX is an upgrade to Innate EHR. You must already be an Innate customer to add this feature.

● Merchant FleX Add-On Activated Through Innate

The Innate team must enable Merchant FleX on your account. This unlocks the integration layer that allows Innate to communicate securely with Veloce’s payment platform.

● A Veloce-Supported Merchant Processor

To process payments, you must sign up for either:

• Veloce Merchant Processing (recommended), or

• BYOM (Bring Your Own Merchant), if you prefer to keep your current processor

A merchant processor is required for all card and ACH transactions.

● (Optional) Smart Payments Activation

If you want to enable features like Text and email statements, and balance requests inside Innate, you can activate Smart Payments, powered by Veloce.

Smart Payments requires:

• Veloce Communications (Full Suite or Essentials)

• A Veloce-supported merchant processor

Once these items are in place, your practice can begin using the full Veloce payment suite directly inside Innate.

How to Get Started (Action Steps) 

Follow the steps below to activate Merchant FleX and begin using Veloce’s payment tools inside Innate:

1. Contact Innate to Add Merchant FleX to Your Subscription

Merchant FleX must be enabled by the Innate team. Once added, your EHR will be connected to Veloce’s payment gateway infrastructure.

2. Choose a Merchant Processing Option Through Veloce

Select one of the supported processing pathways:

• Veloce Merchant Processing (recommended)

• BYOM (Bring Your Own Merchant) if you prefer to keep your current processor

Your processor must be connected to the Veloce Gateway for payments to work inside Innate.

3. Complete Veloce Merchant Onboarding
