12/04/2025 Version 1 Update Walkthrough: New Features and Enhancements

In this video, I walked you through the key updates from our version 1 release on December 4th, highlighting new features like electronic statement delivery methods, preferred receipt displays, and the express check-in option. I also demonstrated how to efficiently manage patient check-ins and payments using the new tools available. New Features include:
1. Flow:

       - Provider Screen access to Flow

       - Reviewed Express Check-in

2. Email:

       - Performance and unlocked windows updates for Outlook. Allows more than one window at a time.

 3. Patient Preferred Receipt:

       - Set the patient's preference on whether they want a receipt or not when a payment is made.

4. Preferred Statement Method:

       - Added an option for BOTH - email and text

5. Scheduling:

       - Reviewed Quick Edit Appointment Window

6. Notifications:

       - Added new notifications to the Full mode and report dashboard.

           - Badges will appear and show the # of notifications available.  Red is urgent and Green is not urgent with varying colors between to indicate urgency. 

           - Announcements, New Features, Urgent Messages, Online appointments, and more will show here to allow for better communication between N8, Veloce, Support, and your office.

7. Merchant Flex:

       - Reviewed the Merchant Flex features and show cased the new payment request, statements, and how they show in Veloce and sync back to N8.
