1/9/2024 Update
11. Scheduler >
In the 1/5/2024 update, a control update that Innate uses introduced a new appearance for appointments in the scheduler. Feedback has been divided, with half liking the changes and the other half expressing preferences for the previous design. Recognizing the diverse preferences, we've put in extra effort to provide a tailored solution.
Now, you have the flexibility to customize the number of columns for each row in the scheduler based on your practice's needs. The default and original setting is 17 columns per row, but you can adjust this to your preference. A recommendation is to set it to the desired number plus one, particularly if you are counting. For instance, if you prefer 5 appointments per time slot, set this custom setting to 6 so that overbooking is easily noticeable. The appointments are visually aligned to the left in uniform columns, simplifying the counting process.
To access this custom setting, navigate to Scheduler > Settings > Schedule tab. Enter your preferred number of columns and save the changes. Please note that this setting is specific to each machine. You only need to configure it on machines utilizing the scheduler, and you must log out of Innate completely and log back in for the changes to take effect.
