Automated Reminders, Missed, & Recall features help streamline your appointment management process. Here's how each of these functions works:
Appointment Reminders: You will have a predefined reminder schedule to send appointment reminders to your patients. These reminders can be set to be sent on the day of the appointment or a day before. Additionally, you can choose whether to include the specific appointment time in the reminder or not. It's worth noting that these reminder settings can be customized for each provider in your office.
Missed Appointments: In the evening, missed appointment reminders are sent to pending appointments that were not attended. If there are not an appointments still pending on the schedule, for today, then no missed reminders will be sent that day. (It will not duplicate) This feature ensures that you can follow up with patients who missed their scheduled appointments. Similar to appointment reminders, the settings for missed appointment reminders can be personalized for each provider in your office.
Recall: Recalls are sent only to those patients who need to be recalled based on the 'Next Recall Date' set in Innate. This feature enables you to reach out to patients for follow-up or future appointments. The recall reminders are sent per office and can be set on a daily basis if desired.
It's important to note that if you have any changes or questions regarding these automated features, you can reach out to the support team by sending a support ticket.
By utilizing the Automated Reminders, Missed, & Recall functions, you can efficiently manage your appointment reminders, follow-up with missed appointments, and reach out to patients for recalls or future appointments.
