To manage the settings for your Veloce Communications hub, locate the Settings menu. You can find a link to the settings menu at the bottom of the left-hand side menu on the interface.

* Click on the link labeled "Settings" to access the settings menu.


Please note that the specific content of the video and detailed instructions for making changes to the settings will depend on how your office uses the Veloce Communications software. It is important to follow any instructions or recommendations provided in the video for managing the settings effectively.


While watching the videos, make note of the settings that should be changed and those that should not be changed. Not all settings will be applicable to your specific purposes, and activating certain settings without proper understanding may lead to unintended consequences.

My Business

Within the settings menu, you will find the My Business section. This section comprises several subsections, including Business Profile, My Profile, My Staff, and Pipelines. These subsections help set up your hub with relevant information and preferences about your business, providers, and staff.





Business and Other Services

In the settings menu, you will come across the Business and Other Services sections. These videos will address these settings and their relationships with each other, as they work together to enhance your experience.

A. The Business section consists of several subsections, such as Calendars, Phone Numbers, and Reputation Management. These subsections assist in configuring your hub with pertinent details and preferences related to your online scheduler, office hours, phone numbers, and reviews. 

B. The Other Settings section consists of more general subsections such as Custom Items, Domains and URL Redirects, Media, Integrations, and other miscellaneous settings.
